EndoRobotics Signs Global Distribution Agreement with Olympus

SEOUL, KOREA — May 4, 2026 — EndoRobotics Co., Ltd., a developer of robotic and manual platforms for minimally invasive endoscopic therapy, today announced that it has signed an exclusive global distribution agreement with Olympus Corporation.

Under the agreement, Olympus will exclusively distribute EndoRobotics' robot-assisted endoscopic technologies worldwide as part of its EndoTherapy portfolio, with initial availability beginning in the United States.

The agreement covers EndoRobotics' ROBOPERA™ system console and accessories, articulated grippers, the TraCloser™ scope-mounted traction device, and the EndoCubot™ ESD training simulator and accessories.

EndoRobotics' platforms are designed to add controllable, hands-free traction and full-thickness closure to a conventional endoscope, helping reduce the technical difficulty of advanced procedures such as endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) and defect closure.
